FAQ – Cambridge Dog Walking, Pet Sitting & Small Pet Boarding

Here are a few questions that regularly come up about our Cambridge dog walking and pet sitter services. If you have any other questions please contact us HERE.

What areas do you cover? We cover Balsham, West Wratting, West Wickham, Western Colville, Horse Heath, Linton and locations between. If you are outside this area or have any questions please Contact Us.

Are you insured? Yes. We have full public liability insurance for any service that we undertake. We also maintain regular police checks. Furthermore we are covered for loss of client house keys.

What services do you offer? We offer dog walking and pet sitting. We also offer limited capacity boarding for small pets. See Full Details of Our Services Here.

Will you turn up in bad weather? Absolutely, we understand how much your dog looks forward to his/her walk therefore we’ll walk in any weather conditions!

Do you walk lots of dogs together? No, we never walk more than 3 dogs at a time.

Are you able to take a booking at short notice or in an emergency (for example, owner illness)?
Yes, we can often take bookings at short notice if desired.  We will do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer pet care or dog walking on weekends or bank holidays?
Yes, we are often available on weekends or bank holidays. Please get in touch here to make a booking.

Do you offer treats on a dog walk?
Feeding/treats is one of the areas covered during our initial consultation. We are happy to offer our own treats, but it will be noted down if you would rather we didn’t offer treats.

Can we check in on our pet?
Of course, we encourage it! We will provide you with daily updates about your pets well-being.

Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, we require 48 hours notice of cancellation for any of our services.
